Get ready, sports fans! Mark your calendars for June 15th, as the electric 24th "Kick Cancer" charity soccer extravaganza is about to kick off at the Leipzig Southeast Stadium! This jaw-dropping event, brought to you by the Parents' Aid for Children with Cancer, is a rivalry-crushing fusion of fierce football action and electrifying entertainment.

The ABR proligna children's tournament will set the stage at 10:00 AM, followed by the jaw-dropping United Leipzig Housing Cooperative (VLW) company cup at 1:30 PM. So, come on down for an unforgettable day of heart-pounding competition, all for an amazing cause! Admission is gratis, but donations for the excellent work of "Parents' Aid" are inevitable inclinations of kindness.

This year, a whopping 24 teams will strut their stuff in the VLW company cup, united by a shared dream. "At the 'Kick Cancer' tournament, we all come together to make a difference," explains Marco Rose, gearing up to play on the Allstars team alongside some soccer heavies.

The event has garnered the attention of some big-name supporters, according to Markus Wulftange, the tournament's mastermind. "We anticipate René Adler, Marco Kurth, Clemens Fritz, Tim Sebastian, Perry Bräutigam, Sebastian Heidinger, Ingo Hertzsch, Ronald Werner, René Schmidt, and Robert Claus joining the action," Wulftange reveals. Fans can bid on the Allstars team's game-worn jerseys at a silent auction on-site.

Keep your eyes peeled for the team draw happening on June 12th at 11:00 AM, streamed live on MDR Sport and tons of exhilarating soccer action from 1:30 PM. Your support will aid the Parents' Aid for Children with Cancer Leipzig e.V., which has been championing families battling cancer for an astounding 35 years.
