The suspect was apprehended at around 5:45 PM on the same day. The suspect, who has three prior convictions related to sexual crimes, will be brought to the Kulai magistrates' court tomorrow for remand. The day of the hearing has been set for tomorrow. Investigations are ongoing to determine if the suspect is involved in other cases in the district. Tan, a spokesperson for the police, stated that further details would be released as the investigation progresses.
