LiveRun 2025 Attracts 1,410 Runners Despite Competition, Raises Awareness for Liver Health
Despite competition from three other major fun runs in Cebu, LiveRun 2025 drew an impressive 1,410 participants. Organized by the Hepatology Society of the Philippines under Dr. Jennielyn Agcaoili-Conde, the event aimed to raise awareness about liver health and fund the society's advocacy.
LiveRun 2025, themed around environmental awareness, saw participants aged 5 to 75. In the women's 10K category, Angelica Sy clocked 51:18 to secure first place. The men's 10K was won by DARWIN Lucaylucay with a time of 35 minutes and 47 seconds. Linsay Sophia Lopez led the women's 5K with a time of 25:44, while Aljun Jay Pacala won the men's 3K in 11:11. Shinta Clover Casinillo and Kurt Enzo Garces took the top spots in the women's and men's 3K categories respectively, with times of 17:43 and 18:28.
LiveRun 2025, organized by the Hepatology Society of the Philippines, successfully raised awareness and funds for liver health. Despite competition, it attracted a diverse range of participants, demonstrating a strong commitment to both physical fitness and liver health advocacy.
