Invitation to Contribute: Issue 2 of Trends in Intellectual Property Research, Edition 3
Trends in Intellectual Property Research is inviting submissions for its upcoming issue, Volume 3 Issue 2. The deadline for submissions is 23:59 hours on December 29, 2025.
The journal covers all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, industrial design, layout design of integrated circuits, unfair competition, and antitrust. It welcomes submissions on any topic of contemporary legal relevance related to intellectual property research.
The specific submission guidelines require prospective authors to submit research papers, review papers, case comments, and book reviews. The word limit for manuscripts, case notes, and book reviews is exclusive of the abstract and footnotes.
Articles should be between 4,000 and 10,000 words, while case notes should be between 2,000 and 5,000 words, and book reviews should be between 1,000 and 3,000 words.
All submissions must be made through the online portal. Non-conformity with the Submission Guidelines may result in the rejection of the manuscript.
Trends in Intellectual Property Research is a refereed journal, and all published articles are peer-reviewed. Contributions to the journal are welcome from academicians and practitioners.
