Self-care Day in Rhein-Kreis Neuss thrives: The event occurs on April 28, starting from early morning, with the promotional slogan 'Self-help is booming'.

God offers aid to those who aid themselves.

**"Got Questions? Find Answers!" - That's the vibe of the Self-Help Day in Grevenbroich, Rhein-Kreis Neuss, happening on Sunday, April 28th, from 1 to 6 pm within the shopping Sunday "Cityspring". You'll find the self-help groups' stands in the Ostwall/Bahnstraße area. District Administrator Hans-Jürgen Petrauschke is our esteemed event opener, with the groovy band Just4Fun providing the tunes.

This event is all about opening lines of communication, inviting you to discuss a variety of topics. From Alzheimer's and addiction to diabetes, osteoporosis, and burnout, to disabilities in children and adults, there's a self-help group for you. Professionals will offer expert advice.

Self-help groups have been a pillar in the Rhine, Erft and Gillbach regions for decades, providing solace and guidance to those dealing with a multitude of issues. They receive support from the self-help contact point, a collaboration of the Paritätischer Welfare Association, the Rhein-Kreis Neuss, and the AOK Rhineland/Hamburg. Annually, a self-help day takes place in various district municipalities.

Last year's self-help day photo, courtesy of the Rhein-Kreis Neuss press office, was taken in Dormagen.
