Girl's grieving mother in Novosibirsk awaits post-mortem examination following daughter's death after cosmetic surgery.

The Heartbreaking Ordeal of a Mother

Almost three years ago, a six-month-old girl leaves her family in Novosibirsk, but justice remains evasive. In May 2022, the infant was admitted to a local clinic for a procedure to rectify a lip deformity. According to the mother, the child's test results were normal, with no red flags for the doctors, as reported by "KP-Novosibirsk."

Post-surgery, the rural woman only caught a glimpse of her daughter for a fleeting moment as she was being wheeled out of the intensive care unit. "She seemed to be sleeping and breathing on her own, but they had already hooked her up to tubes. I didn’t see her again until she was taken from me," the desolate mother recollected.

Tragically, the child's condition deteriorated. On the evening of May 15, a doctor informed the mother that her daughter had passed away. "I went down to the ICU. They said there were no signs of her heart stopping, and I couldn’t see her. I screamed and cried. A nurse standing nearby cried with me," the mother shared.

Investigators launched a criminal inquiry under negligent homicide charges, ordering an autopsy. The results left the deceased child's family stunned: according to the experts, the child's blood volume was not replenished during the operation.

"Her body started to lack oxygen, and she developed brain swelling, and her organs began to fail," the grieving mother explained. Another autopsy was requested, but the mother of the deceased girl has yet to receive the results after 1.5 months. The investigator claims the report has been completed but hasn't reached Novosibirsk yet.

Legal counsel advises the mother to file a complaint:

"It’s been 1.5 months, and the report still hasn't arrived: you need to file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office to have them look into the situation," attorney Mikhail Spiridonov advises.

## Transporting the Altai Model from Blagoveshchensk to Altai

Delivery times for official documents, such as autopsy results, can vary depending on factors like transportation mode and communication method. In this case, the journey is between Blagoveshchensk and Novosibirsk, both located within Russia. Here's a brief overview of the delivery options:

  1. Air Freight: If the physical evidence is transported through air, the fastest route would be via direct flights; however, direct routes might not always be available, potentially leading to extended travel times through connections.
  2. Courier Services: Utilizing a courier could offer similar timeframes to air freight, contingent upon the efficiency of the courier service and the availability of direct or connecting routes between the two cities.
  3. Postal Services: Mail services generally take longer, usually several days to a week or more, depending on the priority level chosen.
  4. Digital Transfer: If the autopsy results are transmitted digitally (for example, via email or secure medical networks), delivery is virtually instantaneous, given the availability of reliable internet connections at both ends.

In conclusion, delivery times for autopsy results ranging from a few hours to several days or more are possible depending on the chosen method of delivery.

  1. The mother of the deceased girl, residing in Novosibirsk, is advised by her legal counsel to file a complaint with the prosecutor's office due to the unsatisfactory delay in receiving the autopsy results.
  2. In contrast to the slow delivery methods of postal services or mail, digital transfer of documents, such as autopsy results, can be delivered virtually instantaneously when reliable internet connections are available.
  3. The journey between Blagoveshchensk and Novosibirsk, both located within Russia, can be undertaken using various delivery methods for official documents like autopsy results, including air freight, courier services, postal services, or digital transfer.
  4. The grieving mother hopes for swift and precise conclusions from the second autopsy, as the lack of proper blood volume replacement during her daughter's surgery in Novosibirsk has left her questioning medical-conditions and seeking accountability for the contraindications that may have led to her child's untimely demise, a tragedy that occurred under the watch of science and health-and-wellness professionals.
