Speed Monitoring Operations Planned Across South East Hesse
Speed control operations are set to take place across various locations in South East Hesse, as announced by the South East Hesse Police Headquarters. The operations will commence from the 23rd of January 2025 and continue until the 26th of January 2025.
On the 23rd of January, monitoring will take place at the speed danger zone on L 3268 in Hanau, specifically on Maintaler Straße towards Dornigheim. Additionally, wild animals may be present at L 3262, Zeppelinheim towards Buchschlag, between the railway line and exit B 44.
The following day, the 24th of January, speed control points will be at B 459, Dreieich towards Offenbach, before Geisfeld roundabout, an accident blackspot. Wild animals may also be present at some speeding zones.
From the 25th to the 26th of January, speed control operations will take place at the speed danger zone at exit Hanau-Hafen on B 43 a.
During the 4th Calendar Week 2025, the South East Hesse Police Headquarters will enforce speed limits at the speed danger zone on Maintaler Straße in Hanau.
On the 20th and 21st of January, speed control points will be at A 66, Hanau towards Fulda, exit Bad Soden-Salmünster (noise protection). On the 22nd of January, speed control points will be at A 66, Hanau towards Fulda, exit Bad Soden-Salmünster (noise protection) and K 854, Langenselbold towards Erlensee, end of construction.
