Adjusting to Separation and Parenting: Guidance for Parents

The Psychological Family and Life Counseling of Caritas is offering a free parent training aimed at supporting individuals affected by divorce or separation. The training, which consists of six modules, is designed to minimize negative impacts on children and focuses on maintaining communication between parents, understanding children's needs in separation situations, and helping separated parents fulfill their parental roles.

The training begins on September 29, 2025, with subsequent modules scheduled for October 6, 20, 31, November 3, 10, and 17. Each module carries a unique title, including 'Separation and Opportunity', 'Conflicts and Solutions', 'My Child and the Separation', 'Parents Remain - Part 1', 'Parents Remain - Part 2', and 'Future Model Work Team'.

Participants are required to have an internet-enabled device, preferably a tablet or laptop, for the parent training. Registration can be done at the Psychological Counseling Office of the District Administration, with the contact number 07141/144-2529.
