Accident resulted in life harm after crash into tree

On September 4th, at 12:15 PM, a traffic accident occurred on Landstraße 110 near Dahlem, resulting in injuries to two individuals.

According to reports, a car from Rhineland-Palatinate, travelling from Dahlem-Neuhaus towards Dahlem-Schmidtheim, veered off the road in a right curve and collided with a tree.

The driver of the vehicle, a 70-year-old man, sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a hospital by helicopter. The passenger, a 65-year-old woman, was severely injured and taken to a hospital by ambulance. The 70-year-old man and the 65-year-old woman were both extricated from the vehicle by the fire department.

The accident site remains closed at this time as the Euskirchen police's traffic accident investigation team conducts their investigation. However, the name of the police accident investigation leader for the traffic accident on Landstraße 110 near Dahlem on September 4 at 12:15 has not been disclosed.
